The present Information provides our Users with the new arrangement on Personal Data
collection and processing. It is in accordance with the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 of 27 April
2016, also known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) on the subject of protection of
Individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data, as well as the free flow of private
information for those dealing with A&B SRL.
By accessing and browsing our webpage, the User accepts all the procedures included in the
present Privacy Policy Information. We therefore recommend visiting every now and then our
website to check any potential upgrades made on the subject.

II. Data Controller

Please, note that any personal data voluntarily transmitted will be then processed in line with
the current regulation and respecting the fundamentals of accuracy, lawfulness and
transparency, pertinence and completeness.

III. Data type

There are two types of Personal Data. The first one is the so-called Log Data (as example IP
addresses, web browsers used and time/date of visiting the website). It is about all those data
automatically collected during the application process, which makes the website working. By
studying the same data, it is possible to know frequency and number of users accessing the
website and if it is properly working or not. Once analyzed, these data are then deleted. The
second one instead includes all those Personal Data provided by the User on its own will. As
example asking for commercial offers and/or general information on services provided, requires
to fill in a specific form. It is therefore not possible to meet the Users’ need in their lack. On the
other hand, optional data do not prevent in any case to cater for Users’ needs.

IV. Methods and location of personal data processing

Data are processed by means of IT tools and exclusively to the purposes here above-mentioned.
All this is handle in line with the current safety measures to make sure no personal data is
therefore transmitted and/or passed on to third parties. Besides the Data Protection Officer
(DPO), sometimes there are also other subjects involved in the website management (as
example hosting providers, IT companies and so on). The DPO shall therefore make a list of all
the appointed people in charge of data processing. The updated list can be requested anytime
directly to the DPO.

2. Location data

Personal data are processed by base stations in the DPO’s operative locations.

3. Period for retaining

Personal Data
Personal Data will be stored as long as it takes to meet the Users’ needs and for the purposes
so far mentioned.

V. Data subject’s right

Article 15, clause 2 of EU Regulation 679/2016 outlines the right of access by the data subject
regarding their personal data process. First and foremost, data subjects shall have the right to
obtain from the controller, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or
her are being processed, the truthfulness and/or fairness of the given information as well as any
rectification, erasure and restriction of data processed. Any further request can be forwarded to

The User can also complain against breaches of data protection rules to the Italian Data
Protection Authority (DPA).

VI. Changes to the present privacy policy information

The DPO reserves the right to change at any time the present information and to promptly inform
all the Users. This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically and this will be reflected on the
“last modified” date located below. It is therefore highly recommendable to visit the present
